When you send a briefing request through the form on our homepage, we collect what you enter: your name, your municipality, your job title if you give it, your work email address, and your message. When you phone or email us, we receive your phone number or email address and whatever you tell us. Downloading the sample report collects no personal information.
How we collect it
The briefing request form is processed by Formspree, a third-party form service. Formspree delivers each request to us by email and keeps a copy on its own servers, which may be located outside Canada. This website sets no tracking or analytics cookies, and its fonts are served from this website itself, so no third party is contacted when a page loads.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to respond to your request, arrange and hold a briefing call, prepare a written scope and quotation, and communicate with you about our services.
Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It is shared only with the service providers that make this website and our email work (Formspree, our email host and our website host), and only as far as needed to answer your request.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as we need it to answer your request, provide our services and meet legal record-keeping obligations. Ask us at any time and we will delete your request from our email and from the form service.
